Our house is right on Mercer Island downtown, next to park &ride, and next to a very big Luther Burbank park. You can swim there in the summer with a life guard to take care of the kids or take your dog to swim at the dog park. The park offers 3 public tennis courts and very nice kids play area. Restaurants and supermarket is a 5-minutes walk. The community center is a few blocks away. Skiing is conveniently 45 minutes drive. Food and culture and music and a boat ride are what Seattle will offer. Don't miss out the fish throwing scene at the Pike Place market and the best view of the city at the Space Needle. If you love seafood you are in heaven...the crab and the salmon! the best fish & chip joint and the oldest pub in town are just a few minutes drive from the house. Our house is fully equipped, a nice base for your Seattle vacation. The kids will love the trampoline:). PS. Wheelchair accessible.

Seattle is beautiful and her beauty shows the most in the summer. Greenery and flowers and nice weather. Lots of activities....I particularly like whale watching, crabbing, and seeing salmons swim over the ladders to go to their breeding site.
