The apartment is 120 square meters on 1 floor and well utilized. There is a nice large kitchen with all needed amenities and a large living/dining room with a modern fireplace.
In the entrance, next to the elevator, there is a small room for storage and a washing machine (please note this storage room is not tidy.
The master bedroom is sunny with a lot of space in the closets and a master bathroom. There are 2 guest bedrooms sharing a bathroom. One of them is converted to a bay room with a crib the otber has a sleeping sofa. All of the rooms have access to balconies.
The apartment has a shared garden and a small garden with playground. The neighbours are very nice and part of our family, so you can reach them if there is some kind of problem/question.There is Internet in the apartment (but not very fast)
We generally do not do GP exchanges with this apartment. We have a cleaning fee of 50Eur but we forfeit that if you do not have cleaning fee in case of reciprocal exchange

The apartment is located in Aspropyrgos, in the west area of Athens. (18 km)
It is 5 minutes with the car from the train station that connects the region with the airport of Athens and 15 minutes drive from the nearest metro station (Agia Marina station)
It is located in a strategic point to visit the rest of Greece, meaning that all the highways starts from there, either drive to the south part of Greece and visit the ancient Olympia (where the Olympic games originally were born), Nafplio (the first capital of Greece), Methoni, Koroni, Pylos (old town with medieval castles) either to the central part of the country visiting Delpi (archeological place), Arachova, Meteora & Kalampaka.
The city of Elefsina is 4km from our home, where there is an abundance of Cafes and restaurants (fairly cheap at least by Danish standards) and shopping options. Also there is an archeological place there because in Elefsina the ancient years took place the celebration for the god of wine, Dionysos and there also was the birth place of goddess Dimitra.
Our city, Aspropyrgos, also has a few bars where you can see local people drinking and having fun and because of the original and not touristic character of the city you can eat tasty food (especially meat) in the local tavernas.
Close by is Athens,(either approaching with the train, metro, either with the car that we sometimes give with the exchange) with further eating options and a variety of historical sites and museums.
Within close driving distance (30 to 45 minutes) you find both nice beaches (with all sorts of water sports) and forest and parks.
Also within 25 minutes drive there is Pireas, the biggest harbour in Athens, where you can reach the boats to go to most of the islands of the country and 2 more harbours are 40 minutes driving.
Some of the small islands are reachable with less than 1 hour boatride.
Interestingly for winter, visits you can actually ski 2-3 hours outside Athens (2 areas each which are ok for 1-2 day trips).
