Wat je fantastisch zult vinden in dit huis
Our house is situated in a "Moshav" which is an agricultural village. The house is 170 square meters (1800 sq. ft) . All rooms are set on one floor, trees are seen from every room, and an abundance of windows light up the house.
We have 6 bedrooms. The master bedroom has one very large bed (2.40 m. wide). In addition there are 3 single bedrooms and 2 double. There are three bathrooms (no tubs). There is free unlimited WiFi throughout the house.
The living space is divided into two areas. The first area is the living room with TV and Netflix. The second area has a small workplace with 2 PCs. The living area and the bedrooms are air conditioned (apart from one bedroom) and also have ceiling fans.
From the living room you step out to a large patio with nice evening breezes. The patio has a table and 12 chairs, and a BBQ.
On the other side of the living room is a dining room for 12 and a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, gas range, oven and refrigerator. A small room adjacent to the kitchen (mamad / concrete security room) holds dry food supplies.
The dining room opens to a large wood deck that has a beautiful bamboo grove and a garden shower. The backyard has many fruit trees and hens which lay fresh eggs every day. They have automatic food and water and our neighbour will look after them and collect the eggs. There are fruit in every season including some very exotic types. In the summer you may have lychee, passion fruit, lemons, papaya, pitanga, and more.
We like to see vegetation from all of our windows. Our Garden is organic, based on permaculture ideas. There is no need to tend to the garden, irrigation is automated.

Car exchange is possible. We have two cars.

De leukste plekjes bij ons in de buurt
We live in a Moshav, which is an agricultural village. Some of the villagers raise cows or hens, others grow flowers, and many work outside of the village, in the Tel-Aviv or Haifa area. The streets are fairly quiet, our house is secluded from the road, so there is no trafic noise.
There are 3 beaches close by. The Beit Yanai Beach, is considered to be one of the best beaches in Israel, and is a 15 minute walking distance (or a 5 min drive). At the beaches you can learn surfing, SUP, wind-kiting, wind-surfing, and diving.
There are also 2 swimming pools, one of them 5 minutes away (by foot). There are a number of horse ranches where you can ride near the beach or in the orchards.
Cesarea is 20 minutes away by car, and in addition to the interesting archaeological sights, has the best golf course in Israel. There is a nice spa in Cesaerea as well.
All in a walking distance there is a grocery shop which has every basic thing you may need and a shopping mall for all the rest.
Our village is near Netanya, situated between Haifa and Tel-Aviv, near the main Israeli road (the coastal road), which makes it an ideal place for seeing the whole country. Aside from the busy hours, you can reach Haifa or Tel Aviv in 40 minutes, Nazareth and Tiberias in 1 hour, Jerusalem in 1.5 hours, and the Dead Sea in 2 hours.
