Our lovely character home is set on two rural acres within view of the sea & surrounding mountains - A spectacular location offering absolute privacy and calm along with the opportunity to enjoy a country lifestyle filled with sunshine, birdsong, paddocks and farm animals such as goats and sheep.
It's just a short drive from here to the lovely seaside town of Mapua which offers a range of great restaurants, bars and cafes. It's only 20mins. drive to Nelson and just under 40mins. drive to the Abel Tasman National Park. There are 3 National Parks in the area, amazing beaches, and Rainbow ski resort is 1h30mn away.
The self-contained unit is located in a separate building next to our home and provides a studio open-plan living. It has a queen size bed, a 3 seater couch, kitchenette, bathroom, fiber internet and a smart TV.
