Luxury North County San Diego Home is centrally located between San Diego and Orange County. We are approx. 15-20 mins to world famous beaches in Carlsbad and Oceanside, 15 minutes to Legoland, 20 minutes to the Safari Park, 1:15 min to Disneyland/California Adventure, 25 minutes to San Diego Zoo and Seaworld and so much more. The Primary bedroom boasts a large dual vanity with soaking tub and separate shower. The 2nd floor has 4 spacious bedrooms with queen beds. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite bath as well. Downstairs features a Large gourmet Kitchen with luxury appliances, a separate dining area and a large family room with a huge couch and big screen TV. There is desk space in primary bedroom. We have bikes for kids, surf boards, boogie boards, and all of the beach stuff! There is a full washer dryer room with utility sink. The backyard has an In-pool/Spa, with lots of loungers to soaking up the sun, California room, Viewing Deck for morning coffee or evening sunsets, BBQ Island, Fireplace, half-court basketball court, trampoline, soccer goal and large turf area to play. There is a 5th bedroom on the main level that we keep our 2 shy kitties in. It would be great if you could check in on them every few days. They have auto food, water and litter. Or we have someone that can come check every few days.
