Wat je fantastisch zult vinden in dit huis
We live in a rented house in a smal town Janzé, only 20 minutes drive from Rennes.
The living space is on the ground floor and is just perfect for our family of 4.
There are 3 bedrooms (1 with queen size bed and 2 kids bedrooms - one with a single size bed for kids and the other has a big cot, suitable for children up to 4 - 5 years).
There is one bathroom with spacious walk-in shower and bidet and a seperate toilet.
The openplan fully equipped kitchen and living room has a large sofa bed that can accommodate two adults. There are large sliding doors leading to our lovely south facing garden with patio with parasol, swings, slide and other outdoor toys. We also have a big vegetable patch.
Upstairs is an attic with concrete floor which we use for storage, drying clothes and exercise. There is also one additional double bed.
Downstairs is a garage/cellar with plenty of space to store bikes, etc. The washing mashine is also there.
As we have two small chidren, you will also find plenty of different toys, books in French, Czech and English and other equipment.

Janzé is a small town located 20 minutes drive from Rennes, the capital of Bretagne.
The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood only few minutes of walk from city center. Train and bus stop are 5 minutes walk. There are few grocery shopping opportunities, some are shorter distance (about 10mins walk) others further (20mins walk).
There are restaurants, creperies, boulangeries and some bars in the city centre.
Although Janzé is not busting with cultural events it is quite nicely located not too far from other intersting cultural sites. For example Mt. Saint-Michel is about an hour drive from our house. Same for Nantes, lovely city to explore, is also about an hour drive.
There are also good few nice spots around Janzé, like La Roche aux Fées, Chateau des Pères, Les Jardins Rocambole and a small farm zoo La Halte du Volcan.
