My beautiful apartment is on the second floor, with a lovely large L-shape balcony. All facilities and great feel to the apartment. There is no lift to the apartment so please consider fitness to walk two flights of stairs.
Pool and gym in complex.
Car park available - but will need to coordinate in advance.
Please also note, we will cannot consider any exchange during the week days of school term, as my daughter in in high school. Very happy to consider weekends and school holidays. Thanks so much.
We also have cat who will go with us when we are not in the apartment. But if you have cat allergies, there is likely to be some fur around the apartment.
