My home is a new three-story house and a full roof top patio with an elevator. The first floor has two separate garages with a laundry located next to the elevator. The second floor includes a master suite, a second bedroom and bathroom, living room/office and a kitchenette. The third floor has a second master suite, spacious family room, and kitchen with all modern smart appliances, including double ovens, and gas range. From the third floor there is a stairs to the fourth floor that is a full rooftop patio with gorgeous views of ocean and river that are less than 200 feet away. It is a two minute walk to the Beach to the East or river to the West.
