From here, you’ll enjoy picturesque views of bustling cafes, historic architecture, and the colorful energy of the neighborhood below. Whether you’re savoring your morning coffee or unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening, the balcony promises a front-row seat to the authentic spirit of Cagliari.
The bedroom is a tranquil oasis, designed with comfort in mind. With a plush bed and thoughtful touches, it ensures restful nights after days filled with exploration.
For those who love to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a stove, refrigerator, and everything you’ll need to prepare meals inspired by fresh, local ingredients.
A highlight of the apartment, the designer bathroom is an elegant space with high-end finishes—a true sanctuary to recharge before heading back out to explore the city.
Please note: I live outside Cagliari and rely on professional cleaners after each stay to keep everything fresh and comfortable. Therefore I need to ask an additional fee for cleaning of € 70, so all my guests will be offered a clean apartment, fresh bed linen and towels. If you are not willing to pay that fee, please do not book. Thanks!
