Nestled just five minutes from the serene shores of the Atlantic Ocean, our new 3/2 beach home is a coastal haven where relaxation meets modern comfort. Our home is newly constructed, built in 2022.
Inside, the open-concept living space is designed with a soothing color palette, combining shades of sandy beige, ocean blues, and crisp whites, creating a calming atmosphere. The living room features cozy, comfortable seating, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. A modern kitchen with sleek appliances and a spacious island offers a great space for cooking and entertaining.
The master suite is a sanctuary of its own, with a large window, plush bed, walk-in closet, and a spa-like bathroom, with luxurious finishes, and a huge walk-in shower.
Enjoy relaxing on the back patio, listening to the birds sing to you. Our neighborhood is tucked back away from any main streets and there are very few cars that drive by.
We have a full size washer & dryer and all the appliances and cookware needed to enjoy some delicious homemade meals. We also have beach chairs, beach towels, and boogie boards available for use while you’re here.

Our beach home is located on a very quiet street, surrounded by friendly, kind neighbors. It is only a 5 minute drive to the famous Flagler Avenue downtown area with many local restaurants, shops, galleries, and boutiques. Enjoy the white sands of New Smyrna Beach by either walking or driving onto the beach.
New Symrna Beach is known for its local cuisine and you won’t find too many chain-restaurants in our town (besides Starbucks).
Our home is a 20-minute drive to Daytona Beach, 30-minute drive from Sanford Airport, 60-minute drive from Orlando International Airport and a 1.5 hour drive from Disney, Universal, and Sea World theme parks.
Our home is only a 5-minute drive or 10-minute bike ride to Flagler Avenue. This is a well-known boulevard that runs just five blocks from the Atlantic Ocean on the East to the Intracoastal Waterway on the West. The Avenue, named after prominent railroad builder, Henry Flagler, is the historic hub of New Smyrna Beach and is filled with shops, restaurants, galleries, and more. It is an ideal spot to visit for shopping, beach life, and history– there is something for everyone on Flagler Avenue. Visitors and locals alike come together to enjoy Flagler Avenue’s art festivals, wine walks, music festivals, and even a seafood festival. The street also boasts a lively nightlife.
