Our house is a family home located in a quiet cul-de-sac, the veranda/dining/living room on the ground floor and the terrace are very nice for meals, reading or doing nothing!! The ping-pong table for children to play outside.
Our house is on 4 levels, many board games/puzzles/books for all ages are available for your evenings.

Our house is located in a private cul-de-sac. The area, 200 m from the train station and 500 m from the city center, is very quiet. A city stadium 100m away, a pedestrian and cycle path leading to the Terres Noires, where racket, rugby, football and a horse riding centre are concentrated. A "moulin papon" lake 3 km away which you can walk around.
The town centre has a stud farm, and a square where you can play with the mechanised wooden animals.
Otherwise:
- in 30 minutes, you will be by the sea in Les Sables d'Olonne, and
- by going a little further, you can also explore other ports or the long wild beaches that line the coast and complete with the island of Yeu and Noirmoutier.
- in 45 minutes, the world-renowned Puy du Fou park, and Nantes, a city of art and history (possibility to go there by train)
- in 1 hour 15 minutes, La Rochelle
- in 1 hour 40 minutes the Futuroscope in Poitiers

We are a 5-minute walk from the train that takes you in 20-25 minutes to the city center of Les Sables and a few more minutes walk from the boats. No worries about the car and free to go as close as possible to the sailors!! Enough to satisfy your desire to live a great moment of boating!
