Our home is bright, modern, and perfectly organized to suit our family-of-five’s needs with cozy bedrooms, modern amenities, and toys/games/art supplies galore.
Our family room transforms into a home theater at night with a pull down screen, 4k projector, Apple TV, and Xbox one. The backyard has a trampoline, play equipment, and a separate office with air conditioning and a queen murphy bed. Our unique two-car garage functions as a kid’s art studio during the school year (feel free to use my supplies!).
We also have a minivan as well as a small SUV we would be willing to consider loaning during a swap.

Our home is ideally located, 10 minutes from world renowned Laguna beaches, 30 minutes from Disneyland, an hour from San Diego, and an hour from Los Angeles. We live in a quiet lush suburb, only a few minutes from a grocery store and with two kid-friendly parks a short walk away.
