Gorgeous penthouse (100m2 + 40m2 terrace) in a a typical 1970 catalan building with stunning views over Barcelona's roofs and the Tibidabo's mountain.
Located in the heart of Barcelona's most sought-after EIXAMPLE ESQUERDA neighborhood (considered by TIMEOUT as the coolest neighbourhood in the world in 2020), you're 5 blocks away walking from the best part of famous Ramblas de Catalunya and 15mn away from the beach by taxi!
What we love most in our home is its super luminous loft-style living-room with giant bay windows opening over a relaxed terrace with a gorgeous mini-tropical garden and some spectacular views of Barcelona - sipping a glass of wine at night contemplating the illuminated Tibidabo mountain while cuddling up on our sofa-bench is quite something...
The apartment has been designed by an architect and has been fitted to the highest standards using beautiful, handcrafted materials. It has a discreet & efficient built-in air-conditioning to evenly refresh the whole space and counts with 3 comfy bedrooms : 1 suite with its own small bathroom + 2 single bedrooms (each one with beds that can host 2 people comfortably). The one-of-aking bathroom has a walk-in shower with floor to ceiling glass window where you feel immersed into tropical plants while looking at the blue sky.
In the living-room, a TV is hidden is a large closet in case you'd feel like enjoying a good Netflix movie or watch EurnoNews. High-speed internet is available for you throughout the flat. We are design lovers and all our furniture is both elegant and very comfortable.
The kitchen is fully equipped and its island unit is where everybody loves to gather for cooking while having endless conversations over a glass of Rioja - oh we love that!

De leukste plekjes bij ons in de buurt
We love to be in a neighborhood that is not touristic even thought we're just 5 blocks away from famous Ramblas de Catalunya.
We enjoy our area so much because of its authentic soul : people greeting each other on the street, small traditional bars where to enjoy a good coffee with some excellent tapas, pop in the excellent Baluard bakery with the city's best baguette (just down the corner) or just walk to the Ninot Farmers Market two blocks away where you can buy the best fruits & vegetable, enjoy some fresh seafood and and feel the heart of the city beat.
Metro (HOSPITAL CLINIC) is 4mn away and any taxi will take you in 10-15 mn to pretty much any interesting place in the city : beach, Sagrada Familia, Port, Cathedral or Montjuic. Eixample is indeed the best location ever to discover Barcelona :)
