Wat je fantastisch zult vinden in dit huis
Before entering the premises you can park the car in front of the gate. A rose bush and three Pindo palm trees frame the Red Eucalyptus gate that takes you to the carport and to the main entrance.
This house has been designed to be enjoyed throughout the whole year. It's very luminous and manages to always stay at just the right temperature. It's a pleasure both in winter and summer.
She's oriented to the NorthEast. The area that faces South has no openings and has a double brick wall to keep it protected from the South wind. The rest of the house is made out of wood, and very well isolated. The fireplace is at the heart of the house giving warmth to both the main living space and the bedroom which sits behind its back.
All the doors and windows have aluminum frames, with the exception of the main door and the bedroom's window which have been reclaimed and fully restored.
The lot has 500 square meters, with 132.6 built square meters:
- 89.1 indoor: 65.7 for the main house + 23.4 for the guest room and service area
- 43.5 outdoor: 15.7 for the carport + 27.8 for the partially-roofed barbecue area
Connectivity is superb. Fiber-optic internet is available enabling high-quality video calls throughout the whole day.
The desk is super comfortable, it is 3.2 meters wide and 0.8 meters deep. It has plenty of storage space, keeps messy cables out of sight, and features a really nice view of the garden.
The windows above it, as well as the windows across the whole house, count with mosquito nets and double roller curtains (screen and blackout).
Above the desk, two powerful pendant LED lamps, enable you to adjust lighting conditions to keep you focused and productive as the day progresses.

La Pedrera is a very calm place all year round but with a lot of life especially in the summer.
Even in winter it has all the basic services and in the summer everything comes alive with many young people and families wanting to take advantage of the heat, the beach, nature and peace.
