Our home is a lovely 5 bedroom home, situated at the end of a cul de sac and on a large section in the heart of Hamilton. Our house has been re modernized with a new kitchen which is open plan with the dining room and lounge. The dining room leads out onto a nice deck that is great for those morning coffees, while listening to the Tui's in our trees. We have a large swimming pool which is great to enjoy in the summer months, along with a brand new 5-seater spa pool. Upstairs consists of three bedrooms, living areas and bathroom. Downstairs has two double bedrooms, modern bathroom, home cinema and office. Outside we have a trampoline, and lots of space for kids and pets to play. We have Netflix and unlimited Wifi.

Our house is a 5 minute drive to the Hamilton Gardens. These are voted one of the top 10 gardens in the world. We are close to shops, parks, cafes and river walks. Hamilton is built around the Waikato River and has endless river walks and bike paths.
The great thing about living in Hamilton is that we are only 45 minutes drive to Raglan Beach, Hobbiton and Waitamo Caves and 1 hour and 15 minunutes drive to Rotorua, Auckland or Tauranga. All really great cities.

Hi, We are a family with five kids. However, our oldest is 21 and lives in Australia. We have still at home our teenagers 18 yr, 16 yrs, 15yrs and 12yrs..
