Our home located next to a small pond in a quiet, gated neighborhood. The house was recently remodeled and has an open plan and big, light windows and wood floors (2 of the bedrooms have carpet). We eat breakfast looking out over the water lilies in the pond and have great sunsets at dinner. For easy cooking, we have a fully-equipped kitchen with an instant pot, air fryer, juicer, blender, slow cooker, and much more. Our backyard is fully fenced-in in with a bbq grill and we have 4 bikes available to ride to the neighborhood pool/playground/tennis courts (2 adult bikes and 2 kids' bikes). The master bedroom has a new, comfortable king-sized bed, a guest room with a queen bed, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a small office room with a fold-down queen bed (our house sleeps 7, plus a crib we can set up on request). Kids have a dedicated play area and plenty of toys and books to play with. We love our home and are confident you will too!

Our neighborhood is convenient and great for families. We have a community pool, tennis/pickle ball courts, basketball court and playground which you can walk to. We're 20-35 minutes to the main Orlando attractions (you can hear the faint sound of Universal Studios' fireworks each night), but are also just a few minutes' drive to quiet Windermere, a sleepy little Florida town with giant oaks covered with Spanish moss and lakes. There is a grocery store within walking distance, a Walmart and Target less than 10 minutes' drive away, and plenty of great shopping. One of Orlando's best farmer's markets is only 15 minutes away on Saturdays. Winter Garden has a cute main street and is very walkable. The closest beach is an hour's drive away and makes for an easy day trip. There is a train between the Miami area and Orlando (3 hours). We'll leave a insider's guide to the area so you can find great restaurants, playgrounds, bike trails, swimming spots, shopping, ice cream, and of course, tourist attractions like mini golf and Disney World. This is a great way to balance busy theme park days with laid back Florida relaxation. Of course if you have any requests or questions, we're happy to help!

Please no smokers! We're sensitive to cigarette smoke, even if it's not directly inside the house. We usually prefer exchanges of 7 or more days, when possible, as it takes some preparation!
