My apartment is bright, modern, comfortable and warm. This 2 bedroomed apartment is on the second floor of a quiet and well maintained complex in Dublin’s city centre. The apartment is located very close to the Aviva,3 Arena and Bord Gais theatre, Trinity college, St Stephens Green,Grafton Street and many more Dublin experiences. It is a 10 minute walk to Grafton Street and Trinity college and 5 minutes to Grabd Canal docks. It is on the main bus and taxi routes, so very close to the centre of everything. Dublin bike hire stand is also just outside the door.

There are many bars and eateries within a 5 minute walk and there is a small neighbour supermarket across the road,while the apartment is centrally located it is extremely quiet and private. The apartment is also less than a five minute walk to the air coach which links directly with the airport every 20 minutes.
