Our house is a quiet green haven in the middle of Noosa Heads. When you walk in you're greeted by a huge open-plan living area, the double-height ceiling and wall of windows looks out onto a koala corridor.
The modern kitchen - gas stove top and Miele appliances - is perfect for hosting dinner parties and opens onto the wraparound covered deck and barbecue. The swimming pool and outdoor (hot water) shower are adjacent to the barbecue and protected by a frameless glass fence.
There are:
1 x king bedroom
2 x queen bedrooms
2 x home offices - one can be used as a second TV room, the other double as a reading room/library
Living, dining, kitchen, butler's pantry and laundry
2 full bathrooms
1 guest toilet
Outdoor deck, barbecue, pool and shower
Wifi
Professional cleaner can be arranged and pool maintenance/gardener included.
We love the peace and quiet of the setting but how easy it is to access anything you want. Multiple supermarkets, grocers, bakeries, butchers and boutique shopping, great cafes, the cinema, grower's markets and restaurants are all in walking distance.
A typical day for us is a walk to the beach every morning for an ocean swim followed by coffee and/or breakfast. An afternoon run or walk through the Noosa National Park, where you might see a koala, whales or dolphins.
We love sitting at the beach with an açai bowl or coffee people watching, going out for dinner for seafood at Bistro C, sitting on the deck at the Noosa Surf Club watching the sun go down or picking up fresh produce and croissants at the Noosa Farmer's Market on Sundays.
This is our second home and is set up as a luxury holiday residence. We are a professional couple who will look after your place as if it were our own and expect likewise from HomeExchange guests.

The J entertainment and arts venue (400m walk from the house) also hosts music, dance and theatre performances and travelling shows.
Noosa Springs is home to a residential and golf resort is five minutes from Noosa’s Main Beach, with a championship golf course, day spa, restaurant and other facilities where the public is welcome.
