Wat je fantastisch zult vinden in dit huis
Our home is located on a fresh water lake with views of the lake from every room in a quiet neighborhood. It is available in May and June and September and October. In addition to our own backyard beach, we have an association beach and tennis court within 5 minute walk. Our dining table can seat six. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for four, new appliances (including microwave, gas stove, refrigerator and oven) and is well equipped for every meal you plan! The washer/dryer are conveniently located in a closet off of the kitchen. The living room looks over the lake and has sliders that open to the back deck. Television (basic cable) and wireless internet are available to guests. We have a dining table on the deck, perfect for morning coffee and evening views of the sky. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and attached bathroom with shower. There is a guest room with a queen bed. A family bathroom has a bath tub/shower. Both bedrooms have sliders that lead to the outside deck. The family room is downstairs and has comfortable furniture, television, games and books. There is a bar area with chairs for three and a refrigerator. A section of the family room is set up as the third bedroom, with two twin beds and curtains for privacy. The downstairs also has a bathroom with shower and a large window and slider that opens to the screened porch. The screen porch has a dining table and comfortable seating to enjoy the lovely view of the lake. Our gardens are carefully tended and promote a feeling of relaxation and comfort.Our guests enjoy walking, running and biking as well as water sports in the neighborhood.
The National Seashore offers biking, hiking in dunes, and beaches. Whale watch boats are within a ten minute drive, as are boats to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. We have many excellent restaurants with menus that satisfy every taste, a microbrewery and an up and coming winery in Truro.
Our home is available in May, June, September and October. The pace is slower in the spring and fall, two of our most scenic times of year with stores, restaurants, museums and other venues open to visitors. The roads are less traveled, and the air is crisp and refreshing. The months of May and June offer flowering bulbs, budding trees and quiet drives. In September and October the foliage is spectacular and guests may be the only beach visitors in sight.
Our home is centrally located on Cape Cod and close to the airport, bus and train stations. New York City is within a 5 hour drive and Boston is only 1 1/2 hour drive.

Our home is centrally located on Cape Cod, within a ten minute drive of the airport, bus terminal, and train station, beaches on both salt water and fresh water, ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, fishing charter boats, whale watching, golfing, bars, cafes, restaurants, markets, movie theaters, museums and music venues. We have outside dining in Hyannis Harbor and Barnstable Harbor where you can view fishing boats coming in with their catch. Centerville is the home of Four Seas Ice Cream (try their Chip Chocolate) as well as Cape Cod Beer. In the summer and fall, we have local farms and farmer's markets for fresh produce.
