Wat je fantastisch zult vinden in dit huis
We moved into our home in 2015, after a major transformation. We put lots of love into this renovation project, making our house practical, bright, smart and cozy.
We love the open kitchen with its big island and patio door onto the backyard. We are equipped with an espresso machine, Sonos sound system, top of the line BBQ, air conditioning, as well as heated floors in the kitchen, bathrooms and downstairs area which are lovely in the winter.
Bedrooms, kitchen/dining area and living room are located on ground floor.
The basement has an open playroom with large screen tv (AppleTV) and a big sectional couch (not shown on picture), a bathroom, a laundry room and an atelier. Also not shown in the pictures is a new large sectional couch in the living room for seating for 5+ people.

For kids and grown-ups also: books, toys, small indoor climbing wall, bicycles. Bixi station (public bicycle sharing system) right around the corner.

We live on the ground floor of a triplex and own the 2 apartments above.
We have a Volkswagen Golf family car and an Audi A3 sedan to share if needed.

Just around the corner, you will find independent coffee shops, some of the most renown restaurants, great boutiques, libraries, parks, art galeries and much more.
We live on a quiet residential street filled with mature trees, where professionals mingle with young families and older folks.
We are a 5 minute walk from the Mont-Royal, the "mountain", Montreal's inescapable green heart, and close to the downtown area and Old Port, museums, shopping, etc.
