Our spacious home is family friendly with lots of light, beautiful trees, and a big back yard. The three bedrooms are located upstairs and we have a comfortable TV room on the lower level with a pull-out couch, lots of games, and a door out to the backyard. The backyard has a large tree swing, trampoline and brick patio. We have a chef's kitchen with a 6-burner gas range stove and sunny kitchen table. The dining room and living room area open up onto a sunny patio with a table and umbrella. Our house was built in 1915 and has lots of historic charm and modern comforts.

Our home is in the beautiful city of Piedmont, a family-friendly community with tree-lined streets, old homes and in a great location a short walk to the hip and lively City of Oakland, a 10 minute drive to Berkeley, and a 20-30 minute drive to San Francisco. Our house is located next to a neighborhood park with a play structure, dog-park, and a short, shady trail. We are a 10-15 minute walk to movie theaters, great restaurants, shops, and bars. We are a 10 minute drive to Redwood Regional Park with hiking trails, and the University of California Berkeley.
