Our home is located in affluent South County Dublin in a quiet leafy neighbourhood beside a large Victorian park with mature trees and plants. The two story house was built in 1927 and has been extensively renovated with the addition of a modern extension. The house contains three upstairs double bedrooms and a master bedroom with en suite. Additional attic room has an office/study. Downstairs includes hall, large kitchen and family room joined by double doors opening out to south-west facing mature garden through two double patio doors. Additional large dining and living rooms separated by folding doors provide a separate living area. Utility room and downstairs w/c. 2.5 bathrooms. Will accommodate eight sharing in 4 double/king beds..

Our home is located adjacent to a beautiful formal mature Victorian square surrounded by shrubs and chestnut trees. The seafront, promenade and beach, and Dun Laoghaire town are 10 minutes walk away. Dun Laoghaire marina, pier, shopping centre, light rail station, bus routes, hotels, theatre, cinema, bars, restaurants, tennis courts are all 5-10 minutes walk away. There are many fine golf courses within a 20 minute drive. This is a quiet neighbourhood close to all amenities. The villages of Glasthule and Dalkey are within walking distance. A car is not required but ours are available (Hyundai ix35 and Quashqai SUVs) for use by our guests. Dublin city centre is twenty minutes away to the north - car, bus or rail all options. Wicklow (the garden of Ireland) is about twenty minutes drive to the south. Dun Laoghaire is an ideal base for exploring Ireland.
