October 20 2024 - April 15 2025 - Available for long term GP exchanges, OR reciprocal exchange for Zagreb apartment!!
Our apartment is located in historic city of Zadar, middle floor in a 5 app building. Separate entrance and free private parking space. Quiet street. Bus stop is 200 m from apartment. Taxis and Uber available (and not expensive). City center is 3 km, beach 2 km away.
Big supermarket with restaurant is in walking distance.
One double bed (with memory foam mattress) and children bunk bed in bedroom, and additional sofa (comfortable IKEA sofa bed) in living room (can be turned in large bed for 2, or 2 single separated beds - memory foam mattress). Air condition in living room, and mobile unit in bedroom.
Clean sheets and towels will always be available in apartment upon your arrival (even spare set in closet)!
Self check in/check out 24/7 (keys will wait for you in key safe box)
Smart TV with Netflix account.

Famous tourist destination of Croatia. Zadar is boat hub to many fantastic islands archipelago for amazing day trips. Direct boat connection from Zadar to Italy (Ancona). International airport Zadar is connected with many European hubs.
In 20 km radius you can experience best of Croatia: Crystal clear sea and amazing beaches, old roman architecture, beautiful islands easy reachable from Zadar, rivers in stone desert canyons, Velebit mountain....
4 national parks are in radius of 50 km (Paklenica - mountain canyons, Kornati - islands archipelago (reachable by boat or airplane tour) and Krka - beautiful river cascades, Northern Velebit (mountain).
Paradise on earth national park Plitvice Lakes (by many most beautiful nature in Europe) is 130 km away (1.30 hrs drive). Many organized tours to national parks from Zadar are available.

I don't live in Zadar as this is my second residence, but I will do my best to make your stay comfortable and interesting, and provide you with information and help to get around easy.
For organizational reasons I'm interested in 5 and more days GP exchanges, but would accept shorter stays for 5 days GP amount (875 GP).
For GP exchanges, you can leave apartment in same condition as you have found it (except bed sheets and towels you don't need to wash), OR I can arrange final cleaning for cleaners fee (please let me know if you prefer this option). No cleaning fee or minimum stay for reciprocal exchanges!
Car exchange could be included in reciprocal exchanges.
