OUR APARTMENT IS USUALLY NOT AVAILABLE FOR HOME EXCHANGE FROM MID OCTOBER THROUGH FEBRUARY
 Our apartment is in a luxurious modern condo development on the Chao Phraya river in Bangkok, it is a resort in the city. The apartment has great views of the river from bedroom and living room. It is fully equipped and very comfortable, with a super king size bed in the bedroom and sofa/bed in the living room that will sleep one. We have swimming pools perched on the edge of the river in lovely gardens. A perfect place to rest and relax after a swim, a work out in the gym or strenuous sight seeing.

The building is located in a nice neighborhood with access to Western style grocery stores and local Thai markets. There is a 24 hour market across the street for all the essentials. The security in the building is very good and there is 24 hour reception. Western food is very available and Thai food at local canteens, very clean and very cheap . Icon Siam, a new luxury shopping centre on the river is just 10 minutes walk and has lots of restaurants, entertainment and high end retail. Our development has its own boat that takes us across the river where we can access the local ferry and tourist boat which go to the main tourist destinations within Bangkok via the river. The sky train station is also here. Public transportation is very good, clean and efficient. We love being here, the people are great and getting around is easy. The other side of the river also has multiple shopping and dining options including many local pop up cafes with excellent cheap food. We provide detailed information on what is available.

We ask for a one week minimum stay. Our apartment is a spacious 1 bedroom, access to the bathroom is through the bedroom so suitable for a couple, a couple with 1 child or two close friends. This is a no smoking building.
