Island house is a Seafront Property which is perfectly located in the centre of Aberaeron with the BEST PANORAMIC VIEW across the harbour to be found !
The sunsets are truly breathtaking and all of the sunset pictures are taken from our Balcony which looks directly West.
In 2022, Island House has been completely refurbished with a “high end” finish, and with kitchen, Diner and Living room upstairs, we take full advantage of the amazing views. The coastal path is just 6 steps from the rear gate :)
Our beautiful home is a grade II listed building and is fitted with 4 bedrooms, a kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, a flat-screen TV, a seating area and 3 bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a bath. Guests can take in the views of the sea from the patio, which also has outdoor furniture. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. The nearest airport is Cardiff Airport, 148 km from the property.

Aberaeron is a small seaside town on the West Coast of Wales and the house looks out directly across the Ocean and has truly breathtaking sunsets.
The Town has a population of 1400, which increases during the holiday periods. It boasts several good quality restaurants, bars and pubs and is right on the Coastal path.

We have a professional cleaning person, who will clean the house and provide new bed Linen both before your arrival and after your departure. Sorry, but I am afraid we have to charge we have to charge £125 for that - I hope this is ok :)
