Our home is a brand new, 2 story 5 bed 4 full bathroom home. It is tastefully decorated in all coastal design. Our home is bright, sunny, airy, clean and organized. We have a fenced in yard and tropical plantings around the house perimeters and a gas grill for your use. We have an extra large screen enclosed " 3 seasons room " or patio, complete with a living area, dining area , lights, fans, electricity and a large screen smart TV. There is a lovely seating area on the front patio also. *Our 5th bedroom is used as an office but has a queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress and a full bathroom adjacent. We have Tommy Bahama Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach toys, beach towels, paddleboards, snorkel masks, and 5 bikes if you'd like to use our gear. Our home is officially for up to 10 people including a crib, however our oversized sectional can accomodate 2 more youth for up to 12 people. Perfect for a multi generational family getaway for up to several families. 4 parking spots are available in our driveway. Our home is a generally non smoking property. Accomodations made with permission can be made for guests to smoke tobacco products or vaping products on the front patio only. Drugs, parties, or young renters not allowed. We live in a quiet neighborhood that is a mix of vacation rentals and full time residents, however our immediate neighbors are full time and would be apt to contact us quickly if there were things such as rowdy parties, underage drinking or drug use. Disney & Universal Parks are in Orlando which is 5 and a half hours drive from us. We make a good jumping off point for a couple days there with a hotel... Our home is :(Near beach and lake, state forest, Panama City Beach, and 30a beach towns. We are perfectly situated for it all! ) Our neighborhood is a cluster of 41 homes brand new and all white coastal exteriors 2 blocks back from the best beaches in the USA! No other water becomes as clear and aqua as this area due to the crystal quartz that made this sand after the ice age. Not even Clearwater Beach or The FL Keys are this gorgeous. The sand is powdery white and does not get hot. We are also 3 houses away from Lake Powell, the largest of a rare form of coastal dune lake found in just several spots worldwide. There is a beach and boat launch in our neighborhood (at the lake) for paddleboardinng, kayaking, boating, jet skiing, fishing and swimming. The BEST part of our neighborhood are the world famous "30A beaches" which constitute 16 unique beach towns nestled along scenic highway 30a. The area attracts the people from around the world, renowned for beautiful beaches, exceptional architecture, lodging, interior design, fashion boutiques, festivals and dining. We are a 3 minute drive from the East end of 30A, and Rosemary Beach. We technically live in Panama City Beach right at the border of the 30 A area and ( PCB). Panama City Beach has a different vibe and is GREAT fun also if you love rides and attractions, crowds and the action! Plenty of water activities abound: boating tours , surfing, snorkeling, parasailing, jet skiing, helicopter tours, themed museums, waterslide parks and restaurants and shopping areas.. There are tons of mini golf places to choose from and gift shops galore. There are incredible forests and hiking and biking trails here complete with tropical plants. There are world class scuba diviing and snorkel spots. We live less than 1 mile from Camp Helen State Park, a park that is partly on the ocean side beach and part on Lake Powell, Something for everyone in this location! *** we are 2 blocks from the sand as the crow flys, however to walk on streets and crosswalk its closer to 3 blocks and crossing one large intersection. A vehicle is recommended ....
We have 2 kitties so some minimal care will be needed if you stay here as reciprical etc. If needed, we can board kitties elsewhere if it is a long term situation ( like over Holidays etc) . Our home will be fully decorated for the holidays. Pictures are of our home in different seasons , and obviously the surrounding area beaches /forests and trails, towns etc.
