My apartment is on the third floor in a building with spectacular views of Madrid, very bright and with a large living room with views of the 4 towers. The apartment is 36 meters, with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, shower (gas), air conditioning / heating, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, washer dryer, hair dryer, wifi (fiber), TV with Netflix, Prime Video and HBOMax, Spotify. There is also 1 parking space

We live in the northern area of Madrid, in the Tetúan district. It is 35 minutes from the center of Madrid by public transport. If come by train, it is 25 minutes from the Chamartín train station and 45 minutes from the Atocha station by public transport. There are 3 metro lines (1, 7 and 9) within a 15 minute walk and a bus stop in front of the building (Line 49). The Santiago Bernabéu Stadium is 15 minutes walking. Behind the building there is a very beautiful park (Parque Agustín Rodríguez Sahagún) where you can go for a walk, run, bike path or scooter, etc.

# General rules of the apartment:
- No pets allowed.
- You cannot smoke inside the apartment, but there is a very cool space on the 14th floor (Rooftop) to smoke outdoors with views of the city of Madrid.
- You cannot hang anything on the windows (clothes, towels, etc).
# Notes:
* Pools only operate in the summer months (between June and September). In the other months, the pools are closed.
* The air conditioning / heating unit is unique and its operating mode (air or heating) is controlled by the building and depends on whether we are in the summer or winter months (it usually changes from winter to summer in May and from summer to winter in October approximately)
* There is a gym, sauna and coworking space in the building, but they can only be used by residents.
