Beautiful home located in Big Bear close to snowboarding, skiing, restaurants the village and the lake!
We are an all-season town: an abundance of hiking trails, rock climbing, and lake activities and snow-filled fun in the winter season (sledding, skiing, snowboarding).
Step inside our spacious cozy 3 bedroom/2.5 bath home where you will find the large open family living room area, wood burning fireplace and a large sectional sofa to enjoy a fire or watch your favorites on the flat screen TV.
(Half bath downstairs in the hallway next to the living room)
Hang out with the cook at the kitchen counter and find ample seating for your family at the large farm table. Or enjoy dinner outside on the deck and enjoy Big Bears beautful weather.
Upstairs you will find two of the three bedrooms.
The first has a queen bed and a crib.
The second bedroom (master) has a full/twin bunk bed. There is also another full size mattress under the bottom of the bunk that can be pulled out and used on the floor. Making a total of 9 sleeping spots.
This is also our kids play room, with plenty of toys + books for your kids to play with and read!
The master bathroom is upstairs with a separate tub and shower and door leading into the kids play room.
Downstairs you will find the third bedroom, with a king bed, the second full bathroom attached, and a door that accesses the backyard and deck.
Enjoy smart TVs in every bedroom!
Enjoy the ample yard space outdoors for kids to run around and play, bbq, enjoy the fire pit or enjoy your meals out on the deck at the large wooden picnic table!
In summer you can enjoy fishing, boating, jet skiing, hiking, mountain biking, outdoor concerts, our new Big Bear Zoo, wine tasting or a delicious dinner in the village and much more!
In winter, it's ski + snowboard season!
Please note 90% of homes up here do not have air conditioner and we are one of them!
