We welcome you to our newly renovated, Designer home where you will enjoy all the comfort and modern amenities of home.
Enjoy indoor/outdoor living in our quiet, peaceful home and the secluded, tropical garden. You can relax, watch television and sit by the fire in the comfortable Family room or expansive Living room looking out to the garden.
You can enjoy your meals at our kitchen island, formal dining area or the private outdoor dining area in our tropical garden.
You will have use of the Master bedroom which opens out to the private garden. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a large jacuzzi tub for relaxation.
The 2nd Bedroom has an adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have new Queen size mattresses with lush bed linens and closet space for your clothes and suitcases. Each bedroom will sleep 2 guests.
Near the entrance to the house there is a half bathroom to use as well, with a sink and toilet.
In the laundry room you will find a washer and dryer and large wash basin.
There is a enclosed 2 car garage with direct access into the house.
*We will take great care in keeping your home neat and clean and ask that you will do the same at our home. Please leave our home in the same condition as it was upon your arrival. If you prefer not to clean up before you depart, please leave US$150 for the house cleaning service.
*Beach equipment including beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella and portable cooler are also provided.
*Our home is not suitable for young children
*Please no smoking, drugs or pets on our property

Our home is located in Ocean Hills; a very quiet, neighborhood in the hills overlooking the ocean.
It is a 15 minute drive to the beach and Carlsbad Village with wonderful shopping, cafes, restaurants, ocean views and beautiful sunsets.
Take a 25 minute drive to the Oceanside Pier and beach where you might see whales and dolphins swimming by or you can take a whale watching boat tour, take surf lessons, go deep sea fishing, take a sailing tour, relax in the sun or walk along the oceanside boardwalk and visit the shops, restaurants, and resorts nearby.
Each year from March through May, take a visit to the colorful Carlsbad Flower Fields a 15 minute drive from our home.
Mission San Luis Rey: One of the many historic California Missions originally built by the Spanish in 1798. A 15 minute drive from our home,
At the Del mar Fairgrounds, a 30 minute drive away, from June through July, you can visit the San Diego County Fair with food, music, rides and games. The Del Mar Fairgrounds also hosts the Thoroughbred Horse races from July through December.
There are several beautiful 18 hole Golf courses within a 30 minute drive from our home.
