Situated on the edge of a lush golf course and just one mile from the Pacific Ocean, our single-level haven provides a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our private garden is professionally maintained with mature landscaping and a picturesque view of the adjacent golf course.

Inside is a newly remodeled, open-concept living space that blends modern elements with comfort. Our kitchen is fully equipped with new state-of-the-art appliances and everything you need to enjoy cooking at home. The two bathrooms have also been completely remodeled with bright modern finishes.

You are welcome to relax in our brand-new two-person Finnmark cedar infrared sauna. It's the perfect spot to rejuvenate your body and mind after a day of exploring.

Santa Fe Hills is a charming, family- and bicycle-friendly neighborhood nestled around the beautiful, rolling hills of the Lomas Santa Fe Executive Golf Course. The neighborhood, known for its proximity to the Pacific Ocean and Southern Coastal California lifestyle, is characterized by lush greenery, well-maintained streetscapes, and homes with red tile roofs.

Beach Access: our home is situated just moments away from the Pacific Ocean, with beautiful local and state beaches up and down the coast. Just 1 mile away (a 5 minute drive), you'll find Fletcher Cove, a public beach with easy neighborhood parking. The local beaches are great for walking, relaxing in the sun, picturesque sunsets, and wading and body surfing in the summer months. We have a beach umbrella and two beach chairs for guest use.

Dining and Shopping: our neighborhood enjoys proximity to food markets, shopping centers, pharmacies, local night life, as well as the stylish Cedros Design District, a hub for eclectic shops, boutiques, and art galleries. Additionally, the neighborhood features a variety of dining options, ranging from cozy cafes to upscale restaurants.

The public Loma Santa Fe Golf Course: this is an executive golf course, which means it offers an abbreviated version of a traditional 18-hole course. The course is thoughtfully designed and meticulously maintained, with lush fairways framed by mature trees and colorful flora providing golfers of all skill levels with an enjoyable and challenging experience.

Convenience: located with easy access to major transportation routes, including Interstate 5, making it accessible to neighboring communities and all the attractions of San Diego County.

Nearby Attractions: If you're up for some adventure, our home is a 20-minute drive to La Jolla Village, the San Diego-La Jolla Underwater Park Ecological Reserve, and UCSD. And with convenient access to the freeway, you're within a half-hour drive of downtown San Diego, the world-famous San Diego Zoo, the Safari Park, the cultural hub of Balboa Park, charming Coronado Island, an array of museums, the lively atmosphere of Mission Beach, and the marine life at Sea World.

It is worth noting that there will be some background freeway noise when you're outside in the garden. Despite this, our visiting guests have considered this a minor aspect of our otherwise peaceful home. They have found that the garden's natural beauty and water feature create a soothing atmosphere that has easily allowed them to unwind and enjoy their stay.

Our home has two queen beds - one in the primary bedroom and one in a guest bedroom - and is ideal for up to four guests. Although our home has four bedrooms, two bedrooms have been converted into home offices. One office is available for guest use and is shown in the photos. The other office would be used for storage during guest stays and is therefore not pictured.

We prefer stays of at least 7 days. There will be a $160 cleaning fee for guest point exchanges.

We are both very sensitive to cigarette odors and do not allow smoking of any kind on our property. Thank you.
