My home is a traditional Florida rancher situated on the lake deep in the community away from major roads in a very quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac. In the back of the house overlooking the lake there is an enclosed pool with the spa, outdoor dining and hang out area, and a grill. The outdoor pool area is enclosed with the permanent net structure to keep the bugs away while enjoying the outdoor activities.
Most of the house is on the first floor but there is a bedroom with an en suit bathroom upstairs. The house is spacious but cozy. It is fully equipped with everything you may need to have a fun yet relaxing vacation: bikes and scooters, paddle boards, beach supplies, exercise equipment, hammock and swing, board games, lawn games, PlayStation, etc.
We have a queen bed in the master bedroom, a twin bed in one of the kids rooms, a full/queen bed in the third bedroom, and a king bed in the guest room upstairs. We also have a large comfortable sofa that can be used as a bed, and a king size blow-up mattress if needed.
The kitchen offers all the kitchen gadgets, as I really enjoy cooking. The dining table provides seats for 6 and there are 4 seats at the kitchen bar counter available for casual dining. There is a traditional propane grill outback by the pool and a blackstone flat grill for all your hibachi needs in the garage.

I live in a gated community with a restricted access. My neighborhood is quiet and safe. The streets have sidewalks and are great for walking or biking. The community clubhouse offers a large pool, a gym, a playground, and tennis and basketball courts. They are all accessible to the guests of the residents. In 15 minutes of walking, you will find a local grocery store, coffee and ice cream shops and a variety of restaurants and bars. Across the street from the community there is a mini golf. The closest public beach access is only 8 miles away and the beautiful Mercato shopping and dining center is right down the road. The restaurants and bars of the famous 5th avenue and the historical 3rd street are only a skip and a hop away.
