Ground floor townhouse in San Vito dei Normanni, Puglia. 7 minute walk to San Vito piazza, 15 minute drive to Adriatic beaches. 20 minutes to Ostuni and Brindisi. Day trips to Bari, Lecce, Oria, and other Puglia sights. Updated home furnished with heirloom furniture. Two sitting rooms, newly renovated kitchen. Three bedrooms - two downstairs, one in charming loft. Two American king sized mattresses and one queen sized. Four televisions, WiFi, SkyTV in sitting room and master bedroom, all with Netflix/Amazon Prime. Washer dryer . Pet friendly.
Recently renovated main bathroom and added a powder room. Courtyard with BBQ, table seating for 6 and small sun deck

We enjoy exploring new places and creating beautiful memories with our furry companions by our side. We have two Goldendoodles who are very low shed so house is appropriate for those with allergies.
