Hva kommer du til å elske i dette hjemmet
Our home is a lovely, detached, three bedroom house in the heart of a friendly Irish seaside village on the stunning Antrim coast, in Glenariff, one of the Glens of Antrim. All 9 of the Glens of Antrim (of which Glenariff is one) sweep down from Antrim's volcanic plateau to the sea.
The same coast line as the Giant's Causeway and many Game of Thrones locations including the Lordsport Harbour (we know it as Ballintoy!), the Kingsroad (Dark Hedges - Stranocum) and less than 10 miles away are the caves in which Melisandre give birth to the shadow creature (in Cushendun - which is a beautiful village owned by the National Trust)!
A quiet, unspoilt village which has a small convenience store and two small village pubs, where children and families are more than welcome and if you're lucky, you might stumble into one of their impromptu Irish traditional music sessions!
The country home has modern living too and there is fast speed wi-fi broadband installed, a TV, stereo and we have a good supply of both adult and children books, novels, board games and DVDs.
Our home is one minute's walk from the beach (probably not even that) and there is a children's playpark nearby. Our back garden is long and fully enclosed and has a built in coal BBQ.
There are plenty of local restaurants nearby and we are on the main coastal route and close to destinations such as The Giants Causeway, Carrick a Rede Rope Bridge, and Glenariff Forest Park.
Or spend your day visiting the famous Bushmills Distillery or exploring the area which is said to have inspired CS Lewis to write the Chronicles of Narnia.

Hva du vil elske med dette nabolaget
Our house is situated in the middle of the famous and picturesque Glens Of Antrim and our glen, Glenarrif, is known as The Queen Of The Glens, because of it's outstanding beauty….
The home would be perfect for a family break, or as a base for a tour of the North Antrim coast.
We are also only around 20 minutes from the beautiful harbour and castles where the HBO team filmed Game Of Thrones and are happy to give directions if needed.
Within 20 minutes drive is also the town of Ballymena, with cinemas, bowling alleys and more. Belfast is 50 minutes away by car,
- Buzzy restaurants: Joe's Seafood bar, Harry's (both in Cushendall). Central Bar in Ballycastle. Mary McBride's (Cushendun).
- Cool bars: You might get some live music but this is more for relaxation than clubbing!
- Cozy cafés: Laragh Lodge (with waterfall views); Glenarrif Beach cafe
- Bit of culture: Giant's Causeway, Downhill Strand, Glenariff Forest Park, Fair Head, Magilligan Point, Ballintoy Harbour, Mussenden Temple, Carrick-a-rede rope bridge, Dunluce Castle, Torr Head,
- Walks in the park: Too many to name! You are surrounded by walks of all types, mountains, beaches, flat, hilly. If you like walking this will be heaven!
- Spot of exercise: Running along the coast from Cushendall to Carnlough. Walking in the Forest Park.
- Day tripping: Take the coastal route to Portrush and Portstewart. Take a picnic to Ballintoy Harbour. Go to Downhill Strand for the day. Do a Game of Thrones Tour. Drive to Belfast in 50 minutes and visit the Titanic museum. You must visit the Giant's Causeway. Bushmills Distillery is a great day out.
