We have a housekeeper who looks after the house for us. Her cleaning fee is £90 for each exchange.
MINIMUM STAY:
Minimum duration of stay is 4 nightrs.
ENTRY AND EXIT:
We ask that you arrive after 3pm and depart before 11am.
TRANSPORT & PARKING:
Spacious driveway, close to Davenport train station, M60 motorway & airport.
KITCHEN:
Our spacious kitchen has everything you'd expect in a family home including microwave, dishwasher, kettle, cooker & toaster.
RECEPTION ROOMS: There are 3 reception rooms on the ground floor - Living room, Snug and Dining Room.
OPEN PLAN DINING AREA:
Large flexible space for family gatherings with easy access to kitchen and garden.
BEDROOMS: There are 4 bedrooms in the house - 3 on the first floor (1x King, 1x Double & 1x Single Bed) and 1 on the second floor (1x Twin).
WORKSPACE:
Two of the bedrooms are set up for working from home each with a desk, chair, laptop stand and monitor.
Superfast WiFi internet 120MB/s.
BATHROOM:
The are 3 bathrooms - one one each floor.
Ground floor - Toilet & Sink
First floor - Shower, Toilet & Sink
Second floor - Bath, Baby bath, Shower, Toilet & Sink
GARDEN:
Dual access to the patio and garden via bi-fold doors and a back door. Children will enjoy running on the grass and exploring the garden while parents can relax around the large garden table with 6 chairs.
FAMILY FRIENDLY AND GOOD FOR LONGER STAYS:
For families with smaller children you'll find a travel cot, high chair, baby bath and some children's plates and cutlery. We just ask that you bring your own sheets for the cot.
