We have a lovely spacious home in the heart of Memphis, Tennessee. Our area of Germantown, is an affluent community conveniently located near the newest walking trails, and only minutes from desired shopping and many fine dining options. From our home you can easily access the interstate that will have you downtown in 25 minutes! We have a neighborhood pool directly across the street from our home as well as a recreational pond in our fenced back yard. Our home is very clean and organized. We do not smoke. There are two master bedrooms (this listing is for the upstairs master bedroom) and three additional bedrooms that share a hallway bathroom upstairs. We also have a bonus room with a ping pong table.
With 4600 square feet of living space, you will find great reading spots with your cup of morning coffee or enjoy our outdoor patio after a swim to cool down. There are two Smart TV's (in the den and bonus room upstairs) and wifi available to our guests. Our open concept kitchen and two downstairs dens provide easy dining arrangements and comfortable seating from two to twenty. The neighborhood has access to a walking trail around our community lake and you will find a dog friendly neighborhood filled with many outdoor enthusiasts. We built a wine nook under our second staircase to highlight our intimate collection of local and international acquisitions. Ten foot ceilings and ample room dimensions make the space seem even larger than it is.

Germantown is about 25 minutes away from downtown Memphis. Our neighborhood is both quiet and located super convenient to food, shopping and entertainment. People come from around the world to visit the "Home of the Blues". We think this is great, but locals know there is more to our city than just visiting Elvis' home or heading downtown to see historic landmarks like the Lorraine hotel where Dr. Martin Luther King spent his last days.
The city of Memphis proudly utilizes greenspaces and owns one of the largest city parks in America. Shelby Farms is more than twice the size of Central park in New York City. We even have a buffalo herd that ranges inside a fenced portion of the property. Less than 15 minutes from our house, visitors can pack a picnic meal or enjoy fine dining in the park's keystone restaurant, Coastal (one of our absolute favorites.) Enjoy all of the best attractions Memphis has to offer from Beale Street to evening waterfront walks; Memphis has reinvented itself and has a robust tourist scene that is both lively and safe for families or individual travelers. You can take riverboat rides on the mighty Mississippi or catch a show at the Orpheum and then stroll down Beale Street to hear the blues. There's also numerous concerts at the FedEx Forum.
The best part of this southern gem is the food scene. There are great local dives serving up delicious, if not healthy southern favorites. Barbeque reigns supreme in the city and there are literally hundreds of options to try, if you are so inclined. Visiting our renovated downtown Riverwalk is a must, best seen in the evening as the sun sets over the river. Whether you want to see our NBA team the Grizzlies or visit one of our iconic tourists spots, Memphis has a lot to offer. We have lived here for almost twenty years and welcome family from across the states and international friends abroad to our home every year. We think you will find Memphis is a great spot to visit.

We have two teenage daughters and don't allow single men to stay in our home when the girls are home. Pets are also not allowed.
