* Conveniently located laundry room directly off the kitchen has pantry storage, stackable washer/dryer, and utility sink
Three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths offer plenty of space to hold the whole family
* The spacious main floor master suite has a king bed, a large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and view of the forest, and large double vanity.
* Upstairs are two more bedrooms; a queen bed in one room; bunkbeds and a third bed in the other.
* A loft connects the upstairs area and provides additional guest space with a foosball table
A large wraparound deck with front porch is great for BBQ'ing and outdoor dining. Overlooking the lovely groomed pine forest laced with trees surrounds the home on three sides and a great view of the night sky.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a 4th bedroom suite downstairs with it's own entrance; which also connects to the main house through the internal stairway (a locked door keeps the spaces private). This suite is used for short-term-rentals, and can be included in the exchange if available.
