Peaceful, clean, spacious apartment on the 1st floor in a 3-floor building (the whole house is the property of our family).
Friendly and calm neighbors.
Everything you might need for your comfortable life in our house you will have:
*sleeping places,
*bedding,
*appliances - fridge, dishwasher, air conditioning, gas stove and oven, 2 TV (Netflix available), laundry machine, water heater,
*cutlery and crockery in assortment.
The shower cabin is completely new (was changed on January 2023).
Wide balcony-terrasse for perfect Turkish traditional breakfasts (if you know what I mean) or cozy dinners in the fresh air.
Great location in the city center: 10 minutes walk to Migros (supermarket).
Pharmacies, ATM, gym, and cafes - nearby 5-15 minutes walking.

Dalyan 12 km - Careta careta beach (you will see a lot of turtles and crabs), Iztuzu beach with absolutely gorgeous sunsets,
Sarigerme 16 km - a beautiful place for a beach holiday is perfect for any season
Gocek 20 km - yacht marina, Cleopatrara hamam
Fethiye 47 km - Butterfly valley (absolutely must visit), yacht marina, Tomb of Amyntas
Akyaka 55 km - boat tours, scuba diving
Oludeniz 58 km - blue lagoon (highly recommend to see), paragliding, scuba diving
Marmaris 79 km - beaches, watersports, boat cruises
Datcha 146 km - Blue cruise, wineries, rock climbing
Kas 150 km - Kaputas beach - amazing nature's miracle
If you rent a car you can easily discover the entire coast of the Aegean. It's also not a problem to get to the most of mentioned cities by public transport, just it will be longer.
