This newly-remodeled 1BR/1BA condo is right on the shores of Lake Dillon, near the Dillon Marina, a 22-mile bike and pedestrian loop around the lake, and a short drive (or beautiful walk!) to tons of shopping, restaurants, skiing, hiking, and other outdoor adventures! Centrally located between Keystone (skiing), Breckenridge (skiing), Silverthorne, Frisco, Copper Mountain (skiing), and Vail (skiing), our condo offers lots to do in any season.
A separate bedroom with a queen bed has separate access to the bathroom so guests using the queen pull-out couch can access it without going through the bedroom. There is a well-stocked kitchen for cooking, with a stove, microwave, etc.
Outside, a large ground-floor patio includes a private propane BBQ pit, a propane fire pit table, and patio furniture to soak up the views of the lake, the marina, and some of the tallest mountains in the Rockies!
We have two kayaks available for use in the lake, as well as lots of board games and puzzles for your enjoyment. There is Wifi and the TV has a Firestick with access to all the major online streaming services.

The Yacht Club condo building is a short walk on the lakeside bike/ped path to downtown Dillon, with shops and restaurants, and a stop for the Summit County circulator bus, which runs to other towns and ski villages in the area, is a short walk away at the end of the street.
