Casa Famosa is an exclusive, spacious 3 bedroom/3.5 bath house located in the beautiful private community of Costa del Sol at Playa Bejuco, Costa Rical. At Casa Famosa you can cool off in your own private pool, grill outside in the second story rancho, or relax in the hammock and watch tropical birds fly by. This home is inside a secure, gated community with 24/7 security, community pools and a tennis court and is just 1/4 mile walk to the beach!
Casa Famosa is a beautifully decorated home that gets its name from appearing on an episode of House Hunters International. This home is perfect for family vacations or couples looking for a home away from home and is one of the top rental homes in our area. This home can sleep up to 8 people with 2 king size beds, 2 single beds and a pull-out sofa.
Casa Famosa's unique design and location make it one of the highest rated homes in Playa Bejuco. Unlike other homes in Costa del Sol that have neighbors on all sides, Casa Famosa is located on the exclusive 1st Avenue which means you have no neighbors in front or behind you for more privacy. It is just one of a handful of homes in Costa del Sol with a second story rancho, so you can enjoy grilling, eating, and relaxing outside with panoramic views. Enjoy listening to the ocean, not the highway!
Casa Famosa has a big bright living room and kitchen that opens up to the tropical backyard, complete with our own private pool. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full sized refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the conveniences you would expect to find at home. The living room has comfy sofas, a recliner, ceiling fans, and a 55" smart TV with international cable and 100MB wifi.
The primary bedroom is found at the end of the hall and features a king bed, ensuite bathroom and a desk & chair for your 'vacation office'. This suite offers a sliding glass door out to the pool area.
The second bedroom has two individual beds and shares a full bathroom with the living area. The third bedroom has a king bed, sofa bed, a large closet, and a half bathroom just outside.
Casa Famosa features several other nice details and amenities such as:
• A/C in every bedroom and the living room
• Private pool with solar pump, outdoor shower and lounge chairs
• Large outdoor terrace on second level with gas BBQ, table, chairs, sink, and hammock.

It is located just 1/4 mile from the beach and about 1/2 mile from the new Esterillos Town Center, which offers a grocery store, liquor store, and several small restaurants. It is centrally located to many of Costa Rica's top attractions such as:

- 30 minutes from the Los Sueños Resort & Marina (fishing, golf, tours, dining)
- 45 minutes from the Manuel Antonio National Park & Marina Pez Vela (fishing, national park, tours, dining)
- 15 minutes from Playa Hermosa (popular surf spot with beachfront restaurants & bars)

Our home is professionally managed by a local property management company. They will assist you with check in, any issues while you are here, and they clean the house before each arrival. We ask for a $150 fee with each exchange to cover the property management's time to have the house ready for you and to clean it once you leave.
