Skip the sagebrush and come home to green grass, amazing panoramic views, and relaxation on one of the three outside deck areas. There are four television areas where family members can enjoy gaming or watching movies. Large kitchen and living area makes gathering easy. Guests have access to a game area with ping pong and basketball gaming. Roast marshmallows at the outdoor fire pit while watching our family of neighborhood owls.
There are two large bedrooms with private bathrooms including tub and showers. One bathroom has a soaking tub and double head shower. Three private bedrooms upstairs share a large bathroom with double sinks and a shared living area loft with a view of the golf course and mountainside. The lowest level has direct access to the outdoor grass area. There is a large bedroom with bunk beds including two queen beds and three twin beds. A sleeping nook has two twin bed and a pull out sofa bed in the television and fireplace room.
The main floor also has a bedroom with two single beds and a chair that converts to a sleeping area. A futon is located in the study. There is a bathroom with toilet and sink off the kitchen area near the laundry room. The kitchen includes a large table that can seat up to 13 people, two additional table that seat a total of 8, and a snack bar with stools. The deck has several seating options, grill, and a beautiful view of the golf course and ponds. There is a beautiful rock designed fireplace that reaches to a vaulted ceiling.

Our home is located in a resort community and includes access to Ideal Beach Resort with beach, swimming pools, sauna, hot tub, boat and water sports rentals, volleyball, tennis, and basketball facilities. In the winter enjoy snowmobiling in the Cache National Forest or snow skiing at Beaver Mountain. Hiking and cross country skiing trails make this mountain retreat ideal year round. Mountain biking and fishing at a local pond adds to the fun of a nearby rope course and go-carting track. Bear Lake is famous for fresh raspberry shakes, yummy hamburger and potato fries dinners, and stone fired pizza.
The drive from Salt Lake International Airport takes you through scenic Logan Canyon and will have you settled in your vacation retreat in a few hours.
