Lovely modern south facing bungalow, compact, one bedroom holiday home with a certified vacation licence. It is a home from home property on the well known popular complex Playa Park, Avenida Francia, it has a large communal pool and smaller splash pool. It's an attractive modern semi-detached property close to all amenities and only a 3-4 mins walk to the beach. This property is suitable for 2/4 guests wanting to enjoy the best of the Canarian weather. There is ample parking outside the complex on the road, however, a hire car wouldn't be necessary due to the excellent location. The large terrace has table and chairs plus 2 sunbeds. Two comfortable beds, new double sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen, UK TV and WiFi. *Please note that a small cleaning fee of €30 will be asked for and collected on arrival.

The bungalow is in Puerto Del Carmen, Lanzarote - very close to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops, just a short 10 min taxi ride (€15) from Arrecife 'Cesar Manriqe' airport. No car hire would be needed as pretty much everything is on your doorstep. Locally the bars are mixed, we have Spanish, British and Irish bars, Cocktails are cheap and food is amazing, there are far too many restaurants to list. There is a golf course just 10 mins taxi ride away and we have the wonderful Rancho Texas theme park in close proximity, just 10 mins walk away.

- Cool bars: On the Avenida and down at harbour there are lots of cool bars
- Cozy cafés: Cafe alore on the Avenida for coffee, beers and snacks
- Retail therapy: Within 10 mins walk from the property
- Bit of culture: Organized tours to see the island can be arranged from a kiosk on the Avenida or online
- Walks: We are located centrally located, you can walk to the left to visit Matagorda, Playa Honda and stand under the flight path (thrilling) or walk to the right to stroll down the Avenida and visit the Old Town and Harbour
- Spot of exercise: Gym available 15 mins from apartment and free exercise apparatus is on the beach
- Day tripping: Excursions can be arranged to see the rest of the island, online or from the Avenida Kiosk

Playa Park Bungalows is a popular and sought after complex in Puerto Del Carmen, Lanzarote, close to the San Antonio Hotel at the start of the Avenida/strip. It is an attractive, friendly, secure, quiet, gated community with shared communal pool and plenty of available sunbeds.
