Recently-renovated large detached family house in the seaside town of Dun Laoghaire, 20 minutes from Dublin city centre.
Our house was fully renovated in 2018 and includes a large kitchen with range cooker and all modern conveniences, a playroom with kids games and books, a large dining room and a comfortable sitting room, leading to our garden which is SW facing and perfect for evening dining. Downstairs includes a utility room and study, which can double as a fifth bedroom. There is also a rear courtyard with barbeque.
Upstairs consists of four bedrooms, perfectly suited for a family. These include a large, double-facing master bedroom with en suite bathroom, plus three kids' rooms.

This thriving area offers beautiful walks, beaches, historic sites and regular markets and festivals.
Attractions include the People's Park, with its regular artisan market, the James Joyce Tower of Ulysses fame, the 40 Foot swimming spot and the nearby villages of Glasthule, Dalkey and Monkstown.
Dublin city centre is best reached by local commuter train - DART - which takes 20 minutes. The nearest station is a five-minute walk from our house.
