Hva kommer du til å elske i dette hjemmet
We call our Villa "Villa Colibri" (Hummingbird Villa) The Villa has a private inground pool, outdoor kitchen (with a custom designed dining table for 8) and living area (seating for 4+ (under a 18 x 24" gazebo with 2 ceiling fans)area nestled among tropical gardens. This is where we and our guests spend most of their time in this tropical oasis!
The indoor kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need - the outdoor kitchen has a bbq., 2 burner hotplate, fridge, rice cooker, flat skillet and more. This is were we do most of our cooking.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, 4 piece ensuite with large stand up shower and a sliding glass door walk out to the private pool. There is a 50" flat screen smart TV in the master.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed with a beautiful armoire smart tv. The 3rd has a pull out double couch and doubles as an office (this room also has a sliding glass door entrance to the pool area)
The livingroom has a sofa, loveseat, coffee table and 40" TV. The indoor dining area has seating for a minimum of 4 but can handle more (but, hey...inside really? In Costa Rica!?)
All areas have large windows (with blackout curtains when necessary) that look onto tropical fauna
There is at the very least parking for 1 car and the garage may be available as well.
Please note that electricity will be the responsibility of the guest - the meter will be read when you arrive and again when you leave.

Our Villa is situated in a secure small gated community just 400 meters to one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica. You can literally walk for miles along the shore of this Blue Flag (award winning) beach with a gorgeous jungle backdrop. You will see, at a minimum, green parrots, macaws, iguana and the occasional sloth and more.
Within a 10 minute walk you will find the beach, a minimum of 8 restaurants, grocery store, gym and more. There are many more restaurants within a 5 minute drive.
There is so much to do in the area including, but not limited to, surfing, fishing, kayaking, ziplining, river/ocean tours, monkey boat tours, ATVing, river sitting, hiking, horse back riding.
There are 2 popular National Parks within a 40 minute drive.
We live in a quiet community with much to offer but you want to experience hustle and bustle, the town of Jaco is just a 20 minute drive.
Within a 10 minute walk you will find the beach, a minimum of 8 restaurants, grocery store, gym and more. There are many more restaurants within a 5 minute drive.

Flying into Costa Rica, you will land in Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO). Most beach towns are 1.5 hour very easy drive along 2 paved highways. We can assist you with private transport or the rental of a car.
