This is a terraced apartment, located in Åre with a few minutes walk to the town square. From the living room and kitchen table you have a stunning view overlooking the beautiful Åre lake. Just around the corner you have ski slopes (winter) and downhill cycling (summer). The slopes and gondols are just 2 minutes away.
The apartment offers 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (shower and WC), 1 separate WC and a combined living room and kitchen area.
This is the perfect spot for a week of skiing in the winter and lots of different outdoor activities during the summer.

Åre is the largest skiing area in Sweden and also very much alive and kicking during the summer season. In the summer Åre offers downhill bicycling, mountain biking, trekking, fishing, zipline, kayaking, rafting and much more.
The center of the village (8 minutes walk from the house) is open all year round with many shops, restaurants and cafés. Parking is available.
You will need to bring your own bed linen and towels. Cleaning upon departure is either done by you, or can be ordered for a fee of EUR 100.
