Indian River Shores in Vero Beach is a village-like oasis, with beautiful aging Oak trees lining the streets making it perfect for strolling with your family or bike riding. Our large beautiful home is spacious, tranquil, and peaceful. It is the PERFECT BEACH DESTINATION. The home is immaculate and comfortably furnished with 4 guest rooms that sleep 8 adults comfortably on king and queen mattresses. Our family room and 2 guest bedrooms open up to our large patio/pool/spa area and a tropical backyard. Enjoy our gourmet kitchen and open family room with WiFi and smoke-free. NO PETS ALLOWED. We have off-street parking for 2 cars in our garage with additional parking for 2 cars in our driveway. NO CAMPERS, PICK-UP TRUCKS, OR MOTORCYCLES ARE ALLOWED.
Our home is the perfect blend of island casual with sophisticated style, with every comfort. We are perfectly located in a quiet gated community with superb restaurants in the area. The beach is beautiful with warm waters, soft sand, and a great spot for watching the sunrise. We also have numerous golf courses in the area. The home is not suited for young children, it is peaceful & quiet and our home decor shows our light and colorful way of living life with our passion for traveling. Our community has a strict NO RENTAL POLICY and no Events are allowed.

We are located in a private gated community of 18 homes just a 3-minute walk to our private beach on the Atlantic ocean. Vero Beach is a small community on the east coast of Florida. We are 90 minutes from Orlando Int'l Airport, 90 minutes from West Palm Beach Intl Airport, and Ft Lauderdale Intl Airport. Miami is 2.5 hours away depending on traffic. This is not a party home for a group of young people, the community has a strict policy of NO RENTALS. This home is not suitable for young children.
