The house Is large, filled with natural light pouring through big windows which give on to an abundantly planted garden.
We are very fond of the house because we can move freely in it without feeling enclosed by the walls. It offers welcoming spaces for conviviality and also areas of privacy. It is well suited to receiving guests and amicable gatherings of friends and family.
House consists of two floors and a basement. The ground floor has a kitchen, dining room and lounge in a single very large space affording comfortable niches for reading, eating or conversation, with tables of various sizes suitable for large or small numbers of guests. The kitchen is large and has all necessary electrical equipment for any kind of meal. A large glass door opens out from the sitting room to the garden where a large table and chairs are suitable for breakfast or dinner as and when the temperature allows. We like to eat in the garden when it is not too hot and there is a gentle breeze.
The large bedroom leads on to an ensuite bathroom with shower and also has access to a separate small garden if you want to sit around, drink coffee or chat, or simply meditate before embarking on the day’s tasks. A further guest bedroom on the ground floor also includes a spacious bathroom.
The first floor comprises a small hallway with TV, a guest bedroom and a study through whose large windows you can see the trees. The study affords a pleasant retreat from the world where you can read, have a drink, listen to music and so on. This floor also has a large balcony overlooking the street.
The house is entirely surrounded by its garden with an abundance of plants and floors. There are tables and chairs in various nooks and crannies enabling one to enjoy the perfume of the flowers, the color of the sky and the fresh air.

It is a residential quiet neighborhood in a nice street and very close to the “buzz” which includes movie houses, cafes, restaurants, delicatessen, shopping malls and, most important, the beautiful beach on the Mediterranean, in the area of Herzlia, (6.5 km.) as well as the cosmopolitan and cultural center of Tel Aviv (only 8.5 kilometers or 3.7 miles).
Now a little bit on Tel Aviv: Called “little New York” for its lively cultural life all around the clock, it is the city of music, opera, ballet, theater, museums, cafe-concert, art galleries, conferences and with one of the largest international cinema complex of the world. Last, but not least, the famous “Shvakim” or crafts and food street markets!! Our cuisine is truly amazing and includes international dishes, oriental cuisine, Mediterranean dishes, as well as, of course, Arab and Israeli food, which is truly delicious.
In case you are interested in traveling around the country, this location is privileged because it offers an easy access to one of the principal arteries that cross the country from north to south, making it easy to travel to any point of the country, like Haifa, Galilee or Jerusalem, in the north; or the Dead Sea, Betsheba and Eilat in the south of the country.
