Our home is a beautiful, spacious, bright family home in a lovely neighbourhood in south Dublin. We are a 10 minute walk (15 minute stroll) to the village of Blackrock. Seapoint beach is a 10 minute walk also. Our home is perfectly suited to both those without and with kids, we have 3 of our own so the home is fully equipped and stocked with everything for the little ones in your life. Our kitchen is excellently equipped, you will have no issues cooking up a storm or relaxing and unwinding with a Nespresso whilst reading the morning papers.
Out side, our back garden has ample seating for 8 at the table, with portable fire pit and large gas BBQ ready and waiting for the chef in your party. BBQ is large enough to accommodate any type of meal you choose. Also in our garden is 1 a 0ft trampoline with safety net.....not just for the kids!!!!!!!!!
We love our home, we are currently raising our 3 fantastic kids in it, it is very much a home in which we love to entertain and welcome old friends and new. We hope that you too will enjoy our home and feel that it is your home from home in Dublin.

Our house is situated 1mile from Blackrock village and the sea. It is a settled neighbourhood with a lovely green adjacent to our home. Blackrock is a wonderful village, with lovely bars, coffee shops and stores of all types including 2 fantastic shopping centres.
The DART (Dublin train system) runs through Blackrock and will have you in the city in 15mins or anywhere along the bay of Dublin in under an hour. There is also an excellent and frequent bus service to the centre of Dublin.
Seapoint beach is also 1mile away and is perfect for swimming, diving or kitesurfing etc.
Neighbouring districts of Monkstown, Dun Laoghaire, Stillorgan and Dundrum offer a wide array of other shops, and cinemas.
Dublin/Wickow mountains are visible from our home and a short drive (15min) will have you in the foothills ready for some walking. A further drive of 20mins will take you further up for spectacular views of the whole of Dublin.
Our close proximity to the M50 motorway means that we are ideally placed for day trips to other parts of the country.
Blackrock village is a super place, fantastic coffee shops (Bear Market - fantastic Fairtrade coffee, hot chocolate and pastries), bars (Conways - always a favourite for a Sunday lunch or afternoon drink), Michelin Star restaurant (Heron & Grey) not to mention 2 small but well equipped shopping centres and Blackrock market (antiquities and usual fare). We think you will find everything you need in our village.
Adjacent to our home (60yrds) is a Pharmacy, local convenience store, and our favourite 'Chip Shop' takeaway selling the very finest fish and chips.
