Nice 1st floor appartment in the best neighborhood of Aarhus.
Walking distance to museums, theatres, forests, sandy beach, and the coast line.
The apartment features solid wooden floors and is divided in: Bedroom 1 with double bed (140 cm). Bedroom 2 with double bed (120 cm) and bedroom 3 with double bed (120cm) Living room with a large sofa (can be used as a single bed). Seperate new kitchen from 2021 and dining room with table extendable to 8 persons. Two bathrooms.
Shared small sunny garden in the backyard with barbecue and dining area. Shared washing maschine and tumble dryer in basement. In 2021 we got a small balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffe in the sun.
Walking distance to museums, theatres, forests, sandy beach, and the coast line.

The apartment (app. 105 m2) is situated on a one-way silent cobblestone paved street in a calm and friendly neighbourhood - just a five minute walk from the city center with shopping, restaurants, cafees and culture, but remarkable quiet taken the closiness to center into consideration.
The neigbourhood features an awarded playground that you may not miss if travelling with kids and is one of few (or only) neighbourhoods in Aarhus where you will be greeted on the street. There is a smaller independent grocery just 300 mtrs away, but commercial supermarkets is within stunning 500 mtrs away!
Aarhus was appointed European Capital of Culture 2017 and has a highly ambitious programme of the newest that culture can deliver in Art, Theatre, Dance, Music, Literature and artisanal practices such as Gastronomy, Architecture and Design.

Rich of cultural offers such as theatres, museums, restaurants etc. Aarhus is the 2nd largest city in Denmark (~300.000 inhabitants) and is situated in a varied landscape. A big quality to Aarhus is that is has a double feeling; a "big city"-atmosphere as well as a short distance to the country side - thus deserving the title "The world smallest metropol" referring to the village atmosphere combined with the cultural offers of a big city. Aarhus is in the heart of Denmark - 2 hours drive to the west coast, 1 hour drive to Legoland in Billund, 3 hours drive to Copenhagen, 3 hours drive to Germany
The apartment is a great entrance to all of Aarhus attractions. Within 10 minutes walk you will find most of the major attractions of Aarhus; the modern museum of Art - ARoS (excellent), the City Dome (impressive), The Old Town (unique and a must-see). Aarhus Tivoli (4000 m). Other distances of interest: Forest (1600 m), marina (1500 m) and beach (2500 m).
Aarhus is easy to get to and from. Aarhus airport (AAR) is 45 minutes away, Billund Airport (BLL) 90 minutes and Copenhagen Airport (CPH) is 3,5 hour away. Roads are good, public transport working efficient and fast - the city of Aarhus even have free bicycles. We can also offer you two adult bikes with bicycle seats for kids and several childrens bikes up to 10 years. Please note that parking space in Aarhus can be hard to find, but we can help on solutions regarding this.
