Our large 2,000 square foot condominium is an end unit located directly on a beautiful sand beach with balconies in all rooms providing spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and Clearwater Harbour. Our gated condominium complex is manned 24 hours a day and features two beachfront pools, a workout room, hot tubs (indoor and outdoor), a tennis court and billiard room. Clearwater Beach, considered one of the best beaches in the world, is below your balcony and at your doorstep.
Under Linda's guidance, we renovated the entire condo. Art work adorns the walls, a grand piano frames the entrance to the living room and the kitchen incorporates many Miele and Dacor appliances. Our home features hardwood floors, granite counters, built-in master bath jacuzzi, walk-in closets, full washer and dryer and a 62 inch flat screen television. The two bedrooms are spacious, with flat screen televisions and large beds (king size in the master bedrrom, queen size in the second bedroom). You can fall asleep listening to the surf and wake up to have breakfast on the balcony overlooking the Gulf. We absolutely love this home and so will you!

We are located on Sand Key, immediately south of the popular tourist destination of Clearwater Beach. Sand Key provides a much quieter setting than Clearwater Beach, while being its equal in sand beach and swimming. There are numerous restaurants, shops and entertainment diversions within walking distance and a beach trolley is available for local transport.
The many wonderful destinations located in the Clearwater/Tampa area, include environmental preserves, aquariums, museums (Dali), a zoo and the exciting, animal-filled Busch Gardens theme park. Within a couple of hours drive, you can reach the Everglades, Cape Canaveral, Walt Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Legoland and dozens of other adventures. The Gulf coast is known for its spectacular fishing and is home to a variety of other pursuits. We have sea kayaks stored on the first floor of the building. Or you can check out the dozens of world class golf courses in the area.
You can find countless activities to pursue or you can just relax and enjoy yourself. Or both!
