This is a 4 bed 2.5 house in Gilbert, AZ.
The master bedroom has a king bed, and another bedroom has a queen. One bedroom is an office with no bed, but the desk can be used for working or I have a futon in storage that could be placed there. The other bedroom is used as a gym: weight bench, elliptical, bike, several smaller items.
There is a pool that is open and can be used, but it is unheated.
Kitchen includes dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove, and an eating area with pool view. Large living room couch with 75 inch TV. Parking garage for 1 car. There is a full size washer and dryer.
Please note that an approximately 4 square feet area of the kitchen ceiling is covered with industrial plastic, pending drywall repair. Other than the visual aspect, this won't affect use of the space in any way. If you'd like a picture of it, just let me know!
